Chef Dave and Sandi have been a married team for over 30 years. They raised their children and made their home locally. Both have always enjoyed cooking and entertaining but led very different career paths prior to Hidden Kitchen.

     Dave was a mechanical engineer and company Vice President for more than 20 years and Sandi was a local elementary school teacher. In their retirement, the couple decided to follow a new path that would allow them to express their creativity and help connect them with their community and true passion; cooking.

     Chef Dave draws on his experience as an engineer to put a new spin on classic breakfast and lunch dishes and to meld unique flavors and textures to create Hidden Kitchen original specials. Sandi draws on her experience as a teacher to create a family friendly restaurant environment where every customer feels like family. We look forward to having you dine with us soon!
